We have a strict cancellation policy and a fee applies in the case of a missed appointment or a late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. We are unable to direct bill insurance companies for this cancellation policy.
We require a valid credit card to be securely stored on file to reserve all Massage/ Shockwave appointments. Our system encrypts your credit card information as soon as it has been entered, so you can feel confident that your information is kept strictly confidential and cannot be misused.
Your card will only be charged if there is a late cancellation or for missed appointments.
